Hi, I’m Carolina.A little about me
Meet Carolina
I’m Carolina, co-founder of Postiv.ai and NXT Marketers. Running my own software businesses means I see what it takes to turn an idea into something people can actually use. That’s where I put AI to work and find out what holds up in practice!
You might know me from my software company, Postiv.ai. But alongside building software, I also give training because I love sharing all the new things I’ve figured out! From skills that help me write in my own voice and edit videos to workflows a whole team can reuse, I want other people to experience what’s possible too. Preferably with their own laptop open.
That hands-on experience is what I bring into my keynotes and training. Through Adwise Academy, Like a Human AI and Copilot Academy, I’ve trained teams at organisations including VGZ, Rijk Zwaan and Kaartje2Go, and led an AI day for 80+ people at Scholt Energy.
My speciality is building practical workflows with Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, from the first idea to something your team can use. I make the process easy to follow, including what skills and plugins are, how to build them yourself and how to share them across your organisation. We’ll work through it together, with your own work on the screen!
